I was heading out of town to Atlanta and had a tire issue. The staff was so attentive to assisting me in getting me in and out in a timely manner and a special recognition to the manager Luis! He went above and beyond to make sure he explained all of my tire issues that I was unaware of. I appreciate that the most!! Please don’t hesitate to come here; you definitely won’t be disappointed!

I absolutely love Discount Tire! I always book my appointments online because it’s so much faster and more convenient for me. Every visit has been a great experience—Koano and his team always get me right every single time. They’re professional, friendly, and just genuinely good people. Highly recommend!

Direct tire damage my vehicle and refuses to fix it. My car has been on the ground since November of 2025. I have a 2014 CLS550 and they put my rims on backwards. Corporate office has audacity to say because of the age of my car that's why it's broken. This is a slap in the face. They think because they're corporate and I'm just an individual I'm just going to lay down and let them walk all over me. Because of their negligence my car was towed and damaged while towing. So not only did they create one problem they created two problems because of their negligence. I advise anybody not to go to direct tire...
